Refund and Returns Policy

Returns:

If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that some products are non-returnable and non-refundable, such as digital products and gift cards.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund processing time may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
