Terms and conditions apply. All prices are correct at time of publication but are subject to change without prior notice. Errors and omissions excluded. For customers taking advantage of our Shipment facilities please note, that if a parcel has to be re-delivered because the customer is not available to accept the goods; Fixdata is charged for each additional attempt. This additional cost in freight will be invoiced to you on a separate invoice for freight. Please ensure you will be available to accept the goods between 8:30am and 5:00pm on the day of delivery to avoid this charge.

Fixdata accepts no responsibility for missing / lost goods where the recipient has selected Authority to Leave (ATL) or Barcode Signature setup with the delivering transport company and the goods are shown to have been delivered.

Although every care is taken by Fixdata to ensure accurate delivery to you, we do not accept liability for losses occurring at point of delivery. Notwithstanding this, where it is proven that the goods have been short supplied, lost or damaged in transit, Fixdata will replace the goods provided we are notified within 48 hours and subsequently validated by Fixdata. If you are shipping your order to an Australia Post PO BOX or PARCEL LOCKER service, the responsibility for these goods is transferred to Australia Post the moment the goods are signed for or accepted by Australia Post
